Subud Artists where are you? Why don't you make yourself known, meet others, share experiences, ideas, find out what others are doing. Simply post a message saying where you're from, what your interested in, what moves you, what discipline/s you practise etc.
For all those Subudian Dancers out there (come on there must be some!)
there is already a forum on Subud Life set up to cater for your discussions called "The Dancers Forum".
Ciao

Pleased to make your aquaintances. I am Rena Warren, a thirty four year old single Mom, painter, and Art teacher. I have worked in many mediums, primarily printmaking and sculpture, however I have taken up painting in recent years, having fallen in love with the seductive chroma and texture of oil paint. It's most pleasing to see the submissions of artists worldwide. Art is truly an expression of the innate. Keep it coming.

I'm Damon: I'm a San Francisco Sculptor.
You can see my work at http://www.damonart.com/
I became a sculptor because of Subud and I got into Subud because of sculpture.
That story is at: http://www.damonart.com/artist-bio.html
I started out working in clay and casting in bronze.
These days it's mostly fabricated work in metal (cor-ten steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, bronze).

Hi everybody. When I enter Subudlife, I feel as in a big family. It makes my feelings feel strong and happy.
To belong to Subud Life's Gallery has been a great real help in my work as an artist.
Before coming to Subud, I remember myself crying in front of a beautiful flower which I coudnt paint. How is it that now I have painted more than 5900 works? I can not explain. It is the way things happen in Subud: you just know you are painting when you are already doing so, but ...
How did the block dissipate?...it is a mystery.
Now I have a web page, thanks to Biblioredes:

You are all welcome.
